By accessing or using the OddsFox website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Site is a static showcase for a FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament simulation. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Informational and Educational Use Only
- Bracket layouts, team listings, match probabilities, and simulated outcomes are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
- Actual scores and grading are based on a timestamped snapshot of a third-party public results dataset and may lag corrections or newly completed matches.
- Nothing on the Site constitutes betting, gambling, legal, or other professional advice, or a recommendation to place any wager or make any decision based on simulated results.
- OddsFox does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling. You are solely responsible for how you use the information shown.
- Simulated probabilities and outcomes are illustrative. They do not guarantee actual tournament results.
Simulation Nature of Content
Predictions are loaded from a frozen, precomputed simulation file. Actual results are loaded from a separately versioned snapshot and used to grade those predictions at build time. Figures may be approximate, outdated relative to real-world events, or contain errors and should not be relied upon for wagering or other consequential decisions.
Eligibility and Use
- You must be legally permitted to access informational sports content in your jurisdiction.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit it in ways not permitted by law or these Terms.
No Accounts or Transactions
The Site does not require an account, process payments, or store user bracket selections. There are no wallets, balances, or transactional features on this showcase.
Data and Accuracy of Information
Group assignments, host metros, knockout structure, simulation outputs, third-party actual results, and calculated grades may be simulated, delayed, corrected, or subject to error. OddsFox makes no representation or warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsFox and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on any content.
