By accessing or using Odds Fox (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Odds Fox provides educational and informational content only. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• All content, metrics, charts, simulations, allocations, backtests, or results are for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset (including Bitcoin or other digital assets).

The Platform may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., Discord, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub). Odds Fox is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Odds Fox may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Odds Fox. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms.
